Dr. Nelly does not bill insurance for any services. Keep your existing insurance for hospitalizations, imaging, labs, and specialists — those are billed separately by those providers. A superbill is available upon request for possible reimbursement. HSA/FSA funds may be used for membership fees.
Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel at any time — you should stay because you love the care, not because you're locked in.
