What's included.

Your plan

Osteopathic treatment (OMT)

Hands-on care for pain and mobility, weekends only  ·  $250 first visit

  • Saturday and Sunday, 11am - 4pm, at the Waldwick office
  • First visit is 60 to 90 minutes, follow-ups 30 to 45
  • Full-body evaluation, then hands-on treatment
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move in

Signature Care

$140/mo adults · $90/mo ages 5–25

All visits included, in the office or by video. Same-day or next-day appointments. 30 to 60 minute visits. Message Dr. Nelly directly. Ongoing care for chronic conditions, refills, and mental health. Vaccines are not available at this time, but can be coordinated.

Telehealth visit

$120 per visit

One video visit, up to 20 minutes. For simple visits and mental health follow-ups. Not for long-term medications or anything that needs a physical exam. Not all conditions are appropriate for virtual visits, and in-person care may be recommended.

Single office visit

$200 per visit

One in-person visit, no membership. Prescriptions and lab orders when appropriate. You can move to a membership anytime.

Before your visit.

Create your free patient portal account and fill out your intake forms. After this first visit, the portal is where you'll book every visit, message Dr. Nelly, and review your records and results.
